Established in 2006, Ntlangula Inc. Attorneys is a Corporate-Commercial and Property law firm operating from its Sandton Offices, with a branch office in East London. With our network of associates, we are able to respond to clients need for legal services throughout South Africa and beyond.
Ntlangula Inc. is a 100% black woman owned and managed law firm. We aim to be a leading law firm offering legal solutions that enable our clients to excel and achieve their business goals. We therefore gain in-depth appreciation of client requirements and craft legally sound business solutions and legal agreements that protect our clients’ interest. Ms Zukiswa Ntlangula is an Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer. She has served in various strategic legal and business advisory positions at Ntsebeza Inc. Attorneys; Bowman Gilfillan Inc Attorneys; Deloitte Consulting South Africa as a Change Management Specialist, and at Thebe Investment Corporation as Group Company Secretary. Ms Ntlangula holds B Juris and LLB legal degrees as well as a Master's Diploma in Human Resource Management; Diploma in Project Management and a certificate for the UCT-SAPOA Property Development Programme. She was admitted to practice as an Attorney and Conveyancer in 1995 and 1997 respectively.
As a seasoned lawyer and businesswoman, Ms Ntlangula is well recognised for her competencies and skills in strategy development, risk management and compliance as well as in corporate governance. She specialises in property law and conveyancing and together with her team, her office attends to land legal issues, registration and cancellations of commercial and residential bonds for all major South African banks, property developments as well as high volume low cost housing transfers for the Department of Human Settlements.

At Ntlangula Inc. we are passionate about people development and giving back to our communities. To this end, we have trained and facilitated the admission of three attorneys. Our teams attend seminars and training courses regularly to ensure that we keep abreast of developments in the legal field.
In 2012, we mentored a Grade 11 female student and offered her an experiential learning opportunity during her school vacation. Our mentee is now a B Comm graduate, currently studying towards her LLB degree and will join us as a candidate attorney in 2019.
